Hey there. Are you still looking for a kickball team to join? Our team, 787 Billion Beer Stimulus Plan, is new to the CVille Social Club and looking for people to fill our team. Currently we have 5 people that I know of (2 girls, 3 guys). We're not picky who joins our team and we're just out there to have fun (and of course drink). Of the 5 people we have now there's my girlfriend and I (we're 30 & 31) another couple who are really good friends of ours ( they are 21 & 26, both graduated from UVa) and then a co-worker of one of our players. We'd love to have you on our team so we can field enough players and also definitely have enough who will show up to all the games. Would you be interested?

Like I said, we're new to this Social Club in C'Ville so if you have played before or know the rules you'll have to teach them to us. SOunds good. I spoke to Chad Day and he said to be sure we all individually pay by the March 23rd deadline. If for some reason we don't have enough people we'll just be placed on an existing team. And anyone who wants to be placed together on the same team will be.

If you're interested tomorrow (Thursday) a few of us are going to meet up a McGrady's after work around 5:30 or so for a few drinks. SInce we pulled a bunch of people from Free Agents and don't know most of the we pulled it may be a great opportunity to meet one an other and talk about the upcoming season.

Turns out we're not going to be able to make to McGrady's tonight. Something came up. We'll try to get together again before season.

If you're looking for something to do on this rainy day a few of us are going to McGrady's around 430 today to throw some shuffleboard and down some spirits.

Keep your eye out for news if our game is rained out. you can also text, "follow rain" to 32075 to be automatically updated whenever weather announcements are made. you can also dial the rain line at 434-336-3025. Either way, if our game is postponed we'll still plan to meet up at 3pm for drinks at McGradys. Still be sure to wear your shirt to get the specials.
